Legacy Farms is a master planned community in Hopkinton, currently offering a high-quality residential setting and future retail uses with many benefits to the Town as a whole.

At the upcoming Hopkinton Town Meeting, we are seeking approval for an update to a portion of the existing Master Plan. Our proposal seeks to replace an approved 200,000 square foot commercial parcel with 180 age-restricted (55+) residential units.
